London Tattoo Convention 2009
On Sunday 27th September 2009 we visited the London Tattoo Convention held at Tabacco Docks near Tower Hill. We had never been before but after checking out 2008′s photo gallery of the show it looked like a smashing day out. I was a tad miffed because it was a week before I was going to get my first very own tattoo, although I wasnt the only non tattooed person there.. We took our cameras along to get some shots of the day. It was amazing when we arrived, and got to see hundreds of artists coming in from all over the world to show off their skills. We ended up following another group of people to get to the event because we didn’t know how to get there, but we had an amazing time, and throughly enjoyed ourselves. There was a band on the ground floor, shops and bars, outside across the street was food and above were all the tattooists and shows going on. There was also a tattoo competition, which allowed us to see many peoples work, although we left half way through because we were being pushed and I was being hit with a camera strap ever 2 seconds..soo we gave up and had a look around the shops and ended up buying a couple of tops, although the stuff there was quite expensive. Anyway here are a few photos of our day out..
Ibiza 2009
This year my mum and I went to Ibiza for our annual holiday. Thinking that it would be the same heat as Italy a few years ago when I visited with my dad’s side of the family, …. It wasnt.!! We got off the plane and a wall of heat just smacked us. It was unbelievably hot! You just can’t describe it. Well you can, lets just say when we visited their Hippy Market there were people brushing up next to you rubbing their sweat on your body as they passed….. DISGUSTING!!! But …….
We had an amazing time out there. We were the only ones from our coach to stay in the most lovely ist hotel..all the staff so kind and especially lovely the air-con! The hotel room was nice, and cool, we had a lovely view, not of the sea although you could see it in the far distance, but our experience there was a gooden!
We were there for 11 days, and even though it doesn’t sound that much of a long holiday, to us when the 11th day was coming we were ready to go home. I think because of the heat and humidity, it just got to us and we were so tried it was nice just to get home and enjoy some rain!… I know … we moan about it and yet we love it really!
Our hotel Plus us by the pool:
Es Cana : ( where we were staying)
Cala Nova Beach:
The dude who was using spray paints to create the most AMAZING prints. I bought 2 of them too, because I loved them so much. Truely he is an amazing artist.
Es Pou Des Lleo:
Santa Eulalia Road Trip!:
Hippy Market:
And just a few snap shots:

I can’t believe how dirty/dusty Ibiza got, literally every car that was there was covered in thick sand or what ever you’d like to call it. Plus theres me feeding a lizard!
..True …that is me…. we bought some crisps and found out they like the cheesy taste too
.

This is us in Es Cana still and also the view of the old Ibiza town when we went on a night tour( I know it doesn’t look dark) but we went at around 7:45 and got back to the hotel at 1:15. An all nighter. It was so much fun, and we got to see a few drag, because as they say Ibiza has such beautiful women…. haha. Nah it was a total laugh!
Tinsle And Turkey!

During half term, (29th october – 2nd november) my family, family friends and myself went up to Scotland for a mock christmas… which happened to be really FUN although along time on the coach up there and back.
My mum and me have always wanted to go up to Scotland but have always been put off by the fact it will take 2 days there and back by coach, although we could go by plane, but yes being on the coach for 12 hours made us all have sore bums..haha.
Being there has been a very exciting experience although got fed up with the wet weather, although more like torential rain and floods. Quite funny when your not in them, ha we went to a Blaire Castle and got a good sunny-ish day however going to Dundee it poured cats and dogs and we got soaked. But Scotland no matter about the weather has the more magnificent scenery that you could ever wish for. Not only that but our hotel- even though in the middle of no where - was right by a lock and a waterwheel place. So peaceful and beautful to look out on in the morning, if you could see outside as at 6 it was black.
We had pub quiz’s (in a hotel) and the weakest link played by a dude called Steve who has worked there for many years and we so funny by dressing up as Ann. He was one of those people who you just click with….the food and entertainment were brilliant and even the company
Over all we had a wonderful time and wouldnt change it for the world! x
